General Information

* Cost covers round-trip bus trip only -- does NOT include game ticket!
* Buses will depart from the South Parking lot of the Vienna Metro Station, Exit 62 - to Route 243 South (Nutley Street). Click here for directions
* Buses will normally leave 6 hours before game time, which will leave 1.5 - 2 hours for tailgating.
* Buses will load 15 minutes prior to departure! And will leave promptly on the specified departure time. If you are late you receive NO REFUND!!
* I reserve the right to cancel if less than 35 people have PAID reservations.
* All times are subject to change! Check Hokie Sports for the official game times.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: When does the bus leave after the game?
Answer: The bus leaves as soon as all passengers have boarded.

Question: Can I bring a cooler?
Answer: Yes. We recommend a small cooler that will fit under the seat for the trip and a larger one that is kept under the bus in the luggage area. Use that cooler to restock small cooler.

Question: What is the refund policy?
Answer: A refund will be given if a reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before the trip.

Question: Can we bring food as well as alcoholic beverages?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Is there time to tailgate a bit before the game starts?
Answer: Yes, we will try to be on campus about 1.5 - 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Question: Once I send in the checks, do we get tickets for the bus or just on a list?
Answer: No tickets are sent. You are added to a list. An email will be sent out the week of the trip with a trip itinerary. You check-in while boarding the bus.

Question: Do we have to ride back on the bus?
Answer: You do not have to ride back with us, but please let me know beforehand so that we don't wait on you. Ticket prices are the same for those that don't ride back with us.

Question: Are there movies?
Answer: Yes, movies and/or game tapes will be played on the trip.

Question: Can I make reservations for more than one game at a time?
Answer: Yes, you may reserve for as many games as you want.

Question: What if I am late for the bus?
Answer: No refund will be given, unless I receive prior notice.

Question: What about my younger child can they ride for free?
Answer: Yes, if they are under 5 years of age, and no more than 1 kid under 5 for each paid ticket. For example, a husband and wife can bring 2 kids under 5 on the bus for free.
